Me + School = ACK!!!!

So I've decided I want to go back to school. My only problem is that I have no idea what path I want to go down. I'm interested in so many things, that I can't decide! Most of which would create a good paying job for me upon completion (in theory). And none of which are related to each other! Among the many things I want to pursue are culinary arts, massage therapy, medical coding and billing, geology, and also throw in some language studies as well. I'd like to become fluent in a few different languages. I'd like to learn to speak spanish again, mostly because I've already learned a lot, but I can't remember a lot of it. Also Japaneese, and Italian... I know, very unrelated! I'll have to take a lot of refresher courses too, in math and english I'm sure, for just about anything I pursue... See my hesitation in pursuing anything at all! I'm too confused about what to take! I can't make a decision to save my life! It's driving me MAD! lol...
