2 week weigh in
I opted to do a weigh in this morning even though it's only been 2 weeks since my last one. I wanted to see how things differ between a non pms week and pms week, which is when I usually would have weigh in's. According to this morning, I've lost a half pound and another 1.5 inches and .17 lbs of body fat. I somehow managed to gain a quarter inch in the abdomen though, which is totally lame. Oh well, I'll just work on that more I guess... I need to go for a bit longer once or twice a week I think, rather than just twice around all the time. maybe I'll do that on wednesday next week, since I have the day off of work. We shall see... Anyhow, just thought I'd share.... I have to work day shift today cashiering, so weeeeee, lol. ;)
