Just Another Monday

So, here we are back at Monday again. I hate mondays really... It's the most pain in the ass day of the week. The kids have early release every monday (they did this to reduce teacher inservice days). So not only do they get out early, but Skye has to be there early. Totally screws up my whole day of doing nothing but housework and running errands. I have to remind myself repeatedly that it's monday and I have to leave early. argh.

So I had a shit couple days before my weekend. Which surprisingly was a good one and fairly relaxing considering. Found out friday night from the wife of one of Steve's buddies that they are being extended in Afghanistan for an extra couple months and now won't be home until February sometime. Weee. fuckers... I gave in and told him about the guitar I'm planning on getting him because I wanted him to pick which color. Red and White.... good thing I said something, because I would have gotten black/white instead... threw me a curve ball there. Finally got my dig cam on Friday... there's a small wooohooo! for me. I'm excited. Got some good pics of the kids and a neat one of the foggy playground from my back patio. New toys are good... anyhow... ho hum... better go get my lazy ass dressed so I can take Skye to school...
