First Workout
So I had my first workout. I can't believe how easy it is! I had a blast and learned the machines really fast. Kinda shocked my trainer, because I picked them up so fast. I went 2 times around the circut. Once to show me each machine and a second time me doing it on my own. I'm going to love this! I didn't even realize that I'd gone around one full time on my own until my trainer told me that I was done, that I'd gone all the way around already, lol... I did get a bit winded, but I think I'm better off than I would have been if I hadn't been doing a lot of walking lately. I think between all the walking, work (lots of walking and climbing ladders) and working out at curves, I'll drop this extra weight in no time... I think I'll go every other day at the very least, or at least try to... And try to stick to early mornings as well... |
