moving...

So we officially take control of the new rental as of the 1st, but we've been given the green light to move stuff in as soon as the 28th. So I'm going to move as much as I can and get it set up starting then. First will be my kitchen... Since I have all my new dishes etc easily available, I'll just take it all over there and set up my new kitchen. Then when we do the official bust ass to move stuff in move, we can eat etc easier... I'm so excited for this!!! now I just hope I can keep my elephants from running up and down the stairs, lol!

So, I'm now on the search for a bicycle for Alex. Every time he sees a kids bike now, he says "Bubba's bike! Bubba's bike!". He wants one so badly. I feel bad for him, he really wants to go out riding bikes with his big brothers, just breaks my heart. So now I'm on the search for a toddler size bike for him. It's crazy how much they charge for them brand new... Shit, I think I paid less for Ian's bike at the NEX than what most places are charging for toddler size bikes! It's ridiculous! I'm thinking about checking out some thrift stores today looking for one.... Maybe a consignment shop...

So I had my weigh and measure for this month (curves) and am soooooo happy with my results for the past month. I knew my size 16's were fitting awfully loosly, even right from the dryer. I lost a total of 6 1/4 inches and 2 lbs and 1/3 lb of body fat!!! In ONE MONTH!!! HELL YEAH! I'm going to go try on a pair of 14's soon to see how they fit I'm so much closer to my goal of a size 12 by my birthday, and that makes me very happy! I'll probably be asking for gift certificates for clothes for my birthday and christmas, because nothing I have will fit me

I'm so fried right now... Just freaking pissed as hell. Steve emails me about nothing important on payday, then doesn't transfer me the child support money. Seeing as how I rely on that for food, diapers and gas, it's kind of important. I'm so pissed because Alex is on the last pack of diapers, I need to put gas in the van, and use the money for moving. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

We got a place to live! Yea!!! We sign the lease on Monday night... I'm so happy, I'll have my own dwelling again! So, it's a 3bdrm, 1.5 bath, with garage, it's a triplex on the end of a dead end street.

In all the "excitement" over the coming of the anti-christ today, everyone forgot that it's also D day. So here's a shout out to the few veterans that are still alive that survived and are still kicking around... and a moment of silence for those who lost their young lives in one of the bloodiest battles of all time. It was 62 years ago today. Got to hear some stories this morning on the radio from an 81 year old vet who was one of only eleven survivors from his company of 200. Now that's something to teach you some humility right there...

I've called on SO many freaking houses. No luck yet finding one in our price range that will both accept cats and be big enough to fit us all. What a huge pain in the ass. I've got one lead I need to follow up on. And found a couple more in the little nickel yesterday to call on today. going to go look at 2 places today to see what I think of them. One is all the way out in woodinville. Not an area I'm familiar with at all. Oh well, I'll learn it fast should we move out there... Well, considering I'm driving all over the place today, I should probably go get my workout done now so I can come home and shower and be ready to leave when I need to be....
